PARAS SHAH AIRLIFTED TO CHITWAN FROM POKHARA (DEVELOPING NEWS)

By Bhola B Rana

Kathmandu, 14 Dec.: Former Crown Prince Paras Shah was airlifted to Narayanghat in Chitwan from Pokhara after 4.30 in the afternoon following more than five hours of police interrogation at Fulbari Hotel.
Paras is accompanied by two friends in the helicopter and a police contingent.
Policestared interrogating Paras at 11 in the morning three days after a firing in the air incident at Tiger Tops resort in Chitwan where Bangladeshi son-in-law of Foreign Minister Sujata Koiala was involved in an altercation with Shah.
The firing occurred in the presence of government security officials Saturday night.
But police on government order acted only after three days.
The weak coalition government acted belatedly only after pressure from NC
It was easy for the beleaguered government of Madhav Kumar Nepal to act as the initiative would receive support on the main Maoist opposition as well.
Government hasn’t been able to institutionalize a republic by proclaiming a constitution to institutionalize a republic declared more than two
years ago.
