NEPA L CONCERNED WITH LIBYA DEVELOPMENTS
Kathmandu, 23 March: The four-member task with representatives of four parties formed by a special committee headed by the prime minister on integration of Maoist former combatants will submit its report in three days.
The task force will prepare a modality for integration of former fighters and a package for 19,000 plus combatants to get out of the 28 camps and cantonments where they are lodged.
The secretariat of the committee prepared the plan along with a request for 433 personnel to monitor the camps and cantonments.

LOAD-SHEDDING REDUCED TWO HOURS FOR SLC EXAMS
Kathmandu, 23 March: Fourteen hour daily load-shedding will be reduced by two hours from Thursday coinciding with annual SLC examinations.
The relief will be onlu for the period of the tests.
Altogether 500,005 students will appear for the examinations.

Kathmandu, 23 March: Switzerland Wednesday extended an aid of Rs 1.2 billion for the construction of 18 suspension bridges.
Representatives of the two governments signed the agreement.

NEPAL CONCERNED WITH LIBYA DEVELOPMENTS
Kathmandu, 23 March: The government has expressed concern about the evolving situation in Libya, RSS reports.
"As a member of the United Nations having an abiding faith in the principles of the UN Charter and international law, Nepal calls upon all concerned to take all precautions to ensure the safety and security of the civilian population and civilian areas and wants to see peace and normalcy restored in Libya through peaceful dialogue as early as possible," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release on Wednesday.
