SERIES OF QUAKES HTS WEST NEPAL

Kathmandu, 12 Mach: A series of four earthquakes—the strongest measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale his west Nepal with its epicenter in Kaski overnight and early morning Saturday, meteorologists said.`
The jolts were felt in neighbouring Parbat and Baglung districts.
No report of damage from the moderate quake was reported
The first shock was recorded at 10.37 overnight and the last at 5.45 in the morning Saturday.

WIFE OF GANGA LAL SUFFERS CEREBRAL HEOMORHAGE

Kathmandu, 12 March: Hashina Debi Shrestha, 92, wife of martyr Ganga Lal, suffered cerebral hemorrhage Friday night.
She’s been admitted to a hospital in an unconscious state.
Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal visited her at hospital Saturday.
