Kathmandu, 13 April: President Dr.Ram Baran Yadav Wednesday administered oaths of office and secrecy to four cabinet ministers from the UML, the party chaired by Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal.
Energy Minster Lokendra Bista, injure in a khukri attack the night he was appointed, will take his oath later.
Prime Minister Khanal administered oaths to 12 state ministers from his party at his office in Singha Durbar separately.

SETO MACHINDRANATH BEING TOWED TO LAGON

Kathmandu, 13 April: The chariot of Seto Machindranath is being to Lagon from Hanuman Dhoka Wednesday on the third and last leg of a three day journey from Sanskrit Pathshala.
The God is worshipped for a good rainy season to promote agriculture.
