OPPOSITION AGAIN OBSTRUCTS PARLIAMENT PROCEDINGS

Kathmandu, 27May: Opposition, including NC, Friday again obstructed session of
parliament which was adjourned by Speaker Subash Nemwang until eight in the morning Saturday.
Main opposition NC issued a whip asking all its lawmakers to be present in the legislature Saturday.
The tenure of the constituent assembly ends midnight Saturday without promulgating a full constitution
Uncertainty prevails.
Only 31 hours remain for the assembly tenure to end.
Parties are still efforting to end a prolonged deadlock.
Last year, the Big Three worked out a midnight resolution to a similar crisis.
