THREE PARTY SUMMIT BEGINS UPDATE

Kathmandu, 28 May: A summit of the Big Three-Maoists. NC and UML- began late Saturday afternoon.
UML has presented a conditional proposal for the extension of the constituent assembly (CA) for not more than six months.
In less than seven hours the tenure of the assembly ends at midnight Saturday.
Parliament which was to meet at eight in the morning hasn’t started until five in the afternoon amid differences between the Big Three.
