NC PRESIDENTS PRESS PARTY TO PUSH 10-POINT DEMAND

Kathmandu, 13 June: The two-day gathering of Nepali Congress district presidents concluded in Dhulikhel today [Sunday], passing a 13-point proposal.

At the gathering, the district presidents expressed doubt over completion of the peace process within the extended three-month timeframe and asked their top brass to take concrete steps as per the party’s ten-point outline.

In the proposal, the NC presidents noted that the situation in the country is getting more complex due to Maoist failure to be honest to past agreements.

With the UCPN-M reluctant to detach itself from weapons and its combatants, past agreement to bring the ex-fighters and their arms under the Special Committee are yet to bear fruit, they said.

The presidents also demanded that the Maoists return the seized property to their rightful owners, disband YCL and help rehabilitate the displaced. They called on the NC to continue its democratic move in a peaceful way after August 31 if the Maoists do not show interest in completing the peace process.

Stating that differing views of Maoist leaders and delay in the resignation of Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal have raised questions about implementation of the five-point deal, they urged the NC to play a leading role for effective execution of the deal.

On a different note, the presidents condemned the attack on Biratnagar-based journalist Khilanath Dhakal and demanded stern action against the attackers.

Condemning extortion, deforestation and public land encroachment that have become rife of late, the presidents urged the NC central working committee and the parliamentary party to take initiatives to check such ill practices.

  4. Thanks for the advice on credit repair on this excellent
site. Things i would tell people is to give up the actual mentality that they'll buy at this point and pay back later. Like a society many of us tend to make this happen for many issues. This includes family vacations, furniture, in addition to items we'd like.

However, you should separate a person's wants out of the needs. When you are working to improve your credit rating score make some sacrifices. For example you are able to shop online to save cash or you can go to second hand stores instead of costly department stores pertaining to clothing.

  5. I have discovered that clever real estate agents everywhere you go are
warming up to FSBO Marketing and advertising. They
are seeing that it's more than merely placing a poster in the front yard. It's really pertaining to building relationships with these
suppliers who at some point will become customers. So, once you give your time and energy
to supporting these vendors go it alone -- the "Law connected with Reciprocity" kicks
    in. Good blog post.
