20 TIBETANS HELD IN BAJURA FOR ILLEGAL ENTRY

KATHMANDU PAUN BHANDAR RAIDED


Kathmandu, 11 Sept.: Following raids on sweetmeat shops and their forced closures after detection of sub-standard materials to produce popular products, Kathmandu Paun Bhandar was raided and shut down in the capital Sunday.
Ninety percent products were rotten and outdated, quality enforcement officials.said.

20 TIBETANS ARRESTED FOR ILLEGAL ENTRY

Kathmandu, 11 Sept. Twenty Tibetans were arrested in Bajura district for illegal entry into Nepal from Tibet Sunday
They were headed for India via Nepal without valid travel documents.
Western countries and UN encourage such illegal entryand press Nepal not to handover Ibetans to China for illegal travel amid strong objections from China.
Western countries claim Nepal has an unwritten agreement with UN not to return feeling Tibetans home.
