GOVT. WITHDRAWS BILL TO AMEND INTERIM
CONSTITUTION 11TH TIME BREAKING NEWS

Kathmandu, 18 Nov.: An emergency session of cabinet Friday
evening decided to withdraw a government bill to amendment
the interim constitution for the 11th time.
The meeting was held at the constituent assembly hall.
