CHINESE NATIONAL SONAM NORBU JAILED FOR ONE YEAR ON MONEY LAUNDERING CHARGE
Kathmandu, 4 Dec.; Chinese national Sonam Norbu was sentenced Sunday
to a one-year jail term and confiscation of Rs.2.2 million bail amount for money maundering.
A three-member bench ruled the money deposited in a bank account couldn’t be accounted for.

Kathmandu, 4 Dec,: Haricharan Sah Sudi, father of a suspended woman lawmaker charged for misuse of his daughter’s diplomatic passport was released on a bail of Rs.200,000 by a joint special court bench Sunday
Daughter Gayatri Sah has already been suspended from parliament.
