TWO KILLED ABDUCTORS IDENTIFIED IN SIRAHA
Kathmandu, 22 March::Identity of two persons, who were killed in a clash that took place between kidnappers and police on Wednesday evening at Chure area of Siraha district, has been
ascertained., RSS reports
Sanjay Saha, aged around 27 years, of Lalpur VDC-4, Todke, in Saptari district and Ramod Singh, aged around 25 years, living in Asanpur-7 on a rent, were killed in police action, according to Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Siraha, Rajesh Lal Karna.
According to police, Saha was in wanted list of police. Both the bodies have been kept at the District Hospital, Siraha, for postmortem.
The clash took place between a police team led by SP Karna and kidnappers in a jungle situated at Phoolbariya VDC-1, Nanuwa around 6:30 pm.
The District Police Office is going to organize a press meet at the Area Police Office this afternoon about the incident.
The clash took place while freeing Bijay Saha of Balakawa-3, who was kidnapped with motorcycle while he was returning home at Ashopur Balakawa-3 from Golbazaar on March 17, from abduction.
Police have been successful in making Bijay Saha free from the abduction. RSS

HEART HOSPITAL BEING BUILT IN MEMORY OF GP KOIRALA
Kathmandu, 22 March: A heart disease hospital is going to be built at Babiyabirta VDC in Morang district in memory of former president of the Nepali Congress (NC), and former Prime Minister the late Girija Prasad Koirala, RSS reports from Biratnagar.
It is said that construction works of the hospital will be forwarded from this year by the GP Koirala Foundation. It has been claimed that the hospital will be the first modern hospital in the eastern region where patients of heart disease of the region will be benefited after its construction.
The Foundation has already purchased three bighas of land, and local industrialist and social worker Dilip Agrawal has provided seven bighas of land for the hospital.
According to Chairman of the Foundation, Sujata Koirala, initiatives have been taken with the Indian Embassy and other donor agencies for assistance to build the hospital.
Meanwhile, GP Koirala Foundation is going to construct its central office building on the land situated at Koirala residence in Biratnagar.
Chairman Koirala said materials used by Girija Prasad Koirala and other objects related with him will be kept after the construction of the building. RSS
