PM CONVENES ALL-PARTY MEET

Kathmandu, 9 April: Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has convened a
meeting of all parties represented in constituent assembly/parliament Monday.
The prime minister has convened the meeting to discuss a proposed constitution, procedures to amend it and other issues.

Kathmandu, 9 April: Nishat Majundar, 31, attempting to become the first Bangladeshi woman to climb the 8848 meters high Mount Everest, the world’s tallest
peak, set off for the mountain from the capital Monday.
