PARLIAMENT, CA SESSIONS AGAIN POSTPONED Kathmandu, 22 May: Scheduled sessions of parliament and constituent assembly (CA) were again postponed Tuesday citing special reason. The meetings were postponed amid continued bandhs on the third day and differences between parties on number of provinces to be incorporated in a constitution that has to be promulgated by a 27 May deadline. The party meet is being held amid fears of cross-voting by jananati and Madeshi lawmakers when a constitution is put to vote in the constituent assembly ( CA) despite issuance of a whip.
