ANOTHER PARTY SPLIT Kathmandu, 27 June Another party has split. A splinter group from the UCPN Maoist leading the government has split to for a ‘genuine revolutionary party’ soon after CPN Maoist led by Mohan Baidhaya launched the CPN Maoist last week. Twenty-eight district secretaries Tuesday announced they broke away from CPN Maoist led by Matrika Yadav to form a joint revolutionary front without announcing alignment with a major political party. Nnnn BRITISH MINISTER HOLDS DISCUSSIONS WITH TWO OPPOSITION PARTIES Kathmandu, 27 June; British State Minister for International Development held separate discussions Tuesday with NC President Sushil Koirala and UML Chairman Jhalanath Khanal shortly after arrival for a three –day visit.
