INDIAN NATIONAL CONVICTED FOR ABDUCTION OF DR. BKAKTAMAN SHRESTHA , Kathmandu, 6 June: Indian national Rohit Paliwal was sentenced by Chitwan district court Wednesday to 15 year prison term for high profile abduction 19 May 2010 of then Executive Director of BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital, Bharatpur Dr Bhaktaman Shrestha.. The single bench also announced 13-year jails term for Badri Dhungana, Nabin Chhetri, Sunil Shrestha and Subba Tamang for involvement I he abduction.
