SANIMA MAI HYDROPOWER LTD. GOING PUBLIC Kathmandu, 5 June: Sanima Mai Hydropower Ltd. is raising Rs.31.65 million by going public by selling 3.15 million shares with the face value of Rs.100 per share to the public. Altogether 1.055 million shares have been set aside for locals. NCM Merchant Banking Ltd. Will manage the issue. nnnn.
