UPDATE GOVT.,NOT BRINGING COMPLETE BUDGET Kathmandu, 12 July: Communication Minister Raj Kishore Yadav told media persons that the government is not bringing a full-fledged budget and added that discussions are underway for bringing a one-third budget by managing an alternative for the integration of PLA combatants and expense for the elections, RSS reports. He said "We have reached a conclusion for not bringing a complete budget but discussions are underway which kind of budget is better—either the one-third or partial - by managing alternatives for integration of the PLA combatants and election expense". The Communication Minister said the government would move ahead by forging consensus among political parties on the budget. nnnn
