Talking to media persons at the Bhadrapur Airport, Nembang said there was a need of consensus among political parties in the context that there was need of an amendment to the Interim Constitution to hold fresh CA elections. The Interim Constitution of Nepal had no provision of promulgating the new constitution through the roundtable conference, added the former CA Chairman.
