WILL AGAIN ATTEMPT TO BRING ORDINANCES SUNDAY Kathmandu, 25 Aug.: The cabinet will again attempt to bring ordinances Sunday, CPrime Minister's chief political advisor Devendra Poudel has warned to protest Agains, Devendra Paudel, chief political aide of the prime minister said Saturday . Two attempts were aborted at the cabinet Thursday and Friday. In the absence of parliament, promulgation of ordinances was normal, he said. Nnnn SHARAT SINGH BHANDARI AGAIN THREATENS SECESSION Kathmandu, 25 Aug.: Chairman of newly formed Rastriya Madhes Samajbadi Party Sarat Singh Bhandari has said that a fresh uprising in Madhes could split the Madhes from the country against the regime's discrimination, RSS reports. Speaking at a news conference here today the former minister said, "Issues of Madhes have been minimized even at present. Madhes is a community and could lead its disintegration from the country after a movement fought for identity." Bhandari also lambasted the government plan to bring ordinances and added that attempts to prolong the tenure of the government only by bringing ordinances would plunge the country into further crisis. nnnn
