Kathmandu, 24 Aug.: Rama Shankar Mandal was shot and died instantly Friday by some motorcyclists in Birgunj.
Mandal was General Secretary of Madhesi Factory Laborer

The shooters sped away on an Indian registered motorcycle..
The shooting occurred at the regional office of Agricultural Input Ci Ltd.

10 INJURED IN SAPTARI VEHICULAR ACCIDENT
Kathmandu, 24 Aug.: Ten people were injured when two passenger buses collided with each other on the East-West highway at Bhardaha in Saptari district
Thursday evening, RSS reports from Rajbiraj..
The accident occurred as the bus (Na 4 Kha 3214) belonging to the Saino Travels which was going towards Kathmandu from Surunga, Jhapa, hit another bus ( Na 3 Kha 4279) belonging to the Jagadamba Travels from behind. The Jagadamba Travels bus was going towards Baglung from Kakadbhitta, Jhapa.
The injured have been sent to Dharan and Biratnagar for treatment after providing them primary treatment at the Bhardaha Hospital here.

TEENAGER WITHOUT DRIVING LICENSE KILLED IN MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT, POLICEMAN ON DUTY INJURED
Kathmandu, 24 A teenager DROIVING LICENSE driving a motorcycle without a driving license died in an accident and a pillion rider was injured at Sallaghari in Bhaktapur Friday.
A policeman on duty was injured.
