PM BLAMES OPPOSITION, PRESIDENT Kathmandu, 15 Sept.: Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai Saturday blamed opposition parties and President Dr.. Ram Baran Yadav for obstructing his work. He named NC and UML calling the :’status quoists’ at a programme in the capital. The premier blamed the opposition and for obstructing the announcement of an annual budget and promulgating ordinances to run the country even as his government is a just a caretaker for nearly four months after calling snap elections 22 November which was never held . ‘Black clouds are slowly being swept away,” he told his audience in the capital. Bhattarai has never admitted his shortcomings while running the government for one year and has even accused unnamed foreign powers for obstruction while opposition charged his for a pro-Indian bias. nnnn
