EXPLOSIVE DEVICE PLANTED AT DOOR OF POLICE OFFICE IN RUKUM Kathmandu, 1 Oct.: A powerful IED bomb has been found at the building of the Salyan Chamber of Commerce and Industry at Khalanga-2, RSS reports from Rukum.. The Improvised Explosive Device (IED) kept inside a plastic bucket was planted in front of the door on the top floor of the building, the Area Police Office, Shreenagar said. A person who described himself as the Rapti Zonal In-charge of an outfit called 'Red Army Nepal' told over the phone about the plantation of explosives. Police have started an investigation in this connection as nobody has taken the responsibility for bomb plantation. nnnn.
