ANOTHER PRESIDENTIAL ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE BUDGET CRISIS Kathmandu, 19 Nov.: President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav has convened a meeting Monday of leaders of two main opposition parties and the ruling coalition to discuss a national budget for the remaining eight months of the current fiscal year 2012/13.
