DHOLAK BAHADUR GURUNG APPOINTED ACTING CHIEF ELECTION COMMISIONER Kathmandu, 7 Nov.: Dholak Bahadur Gurung has been appointed Acting Chief Election Commissioner on basis of seniority, an official announcement said Wednesday Commissioner Gurung succeeds Neel Kantha Uprety who has been superannuated.
