He replaces Ramindra Chetri who held charge for six years. nnnn s MAN FREED FROM CAPTIVITY Kathmandu, 5 Nov : Sunil Gosain of local Dharahari VDC-3 has been set free from the captivity of his abductors three days after his abduction, RSS reports from Gaur. Gosain, 18, is a Bachelor level student studying Information Technology at a college in Birgunj and he has been living in Birgunj on rent. An unidentified gang had abducted him on November 2 when he had gone to Raxual, an Indian town just across the border from here, to repair his mobile phone. He was held captive at an undisclosed location in India. A team of the Armed Police Force (APF) freed Gosain from Ghodasahan in Bihar state of India and handed him over to his family, police said.
