PRACHANDA, KHANAL HOLD DISCUSIONS WITH REGMI Kathmandu, 16 March: Maoist Chairman Prachanda held separate discussions with Chief of the interim election council Khil Rau Regmi Friday. The government led by Regmi has been charged with two main responsibilities for holding second constituent assembly elections and promulgating a constitution that has yet to institutionalize a declared republic. Besdies announcing election date for assembly elections, Regmi has to expand government. Only 11 retried special class government officials can e nominated in the Regmi government.
