SHARE PRICE STABLE Kathmandu, 11 March: Share price was stable Monday when the market opened for trading. The market was closed Sunday because of public holiday on Shibaratri Nepse closed at 539.54 points after losing 0.38 points. But trading was heavy. Altogether 378,555 shares were traded for Rs.119.893 million in 1419 transactions. nnnn GRABDFATHER REPORTEDLY RAPES FOUR-YEAR-OLD GRANDCHILD Kathmandu, 11 March : A four-year-old girl was reportedly raped by her own grandfather at Babiyachaur of western Surkhet, RSS reports from Surkhet. Sixty two-year-old Suke Sarki of Babiyachaur-5 allegedly raped his granddaughter at around 10:00 am on Sunday. He tempted the girl to go with him in the cowshed and raped her. The girl´s mother had gone to the jungle to cut grass when the incident took place. Police have arrested the accused, acting on a complaint filed by the girl´s mother against him, said Police Inspector Sugand Shrestha. The primary investigation showed that the girl was raped and the accused has admitted his heinous crime, he said. Further investigation into the case is underway, it is learnt. The girl is being treated at the local medical center. nnnn
