GOVT. TO TALK WITH UML TUESDAY ON ELECTIONS
Kathmandu, 14 May: Government is holding talks with UMLTuesday on
says to create an election government by initiating talks with parties opposed to a proposed constituent assembly vote sometime in November/December.
Chairman of the Interim Election Council held discussions with NC Monday when opposition was invited for talks to conduct polls.
The move was rejected immediately by CPN Maoist.

33 PARTIES GHAREOEING CIAA OFFICE TUESDAY
Kathmandu, 14 May: Thirty-three parties, including CPN Maoist, are
ghaeoring CIAA Tuesday.
The move comes after the appointment of former Chief Secretary of the
royal regime Lokman Singh Karki as the anti-graft body’s chief.
Maoists and Madeshi morcha of a four-party body behind government
continue to support Karki but NC and UML withdrew the support after supporting the appointment embarrassing the Khil Raj Regmi government and even
President Dr..Ram Baran Yadav.
NC President Sushil Koirala and UML Chairman Jhalanath Khanal have come under fire for their support said they moved under compulsion.
