Mercury is expected to rise to 31 degrees on a rainy day to 31 degrees Celsius. nnnn HLPC SCHEDULED TO MEET THURSDAY Kathmandu, 30 May: The high-level political committee (HLPC) of the Big Three and Madeshi Morcha meet Thursday afternoon to consider date for second constituent. A meeting couldn’t beheld Wednesday without the presence of NC Pesident Sushil Koiyala who was out of town in Tanahu and Nawalparasi.
