MORE FORMER SPEAKER NEMWANG SAYS COUNTRY ENTERING DARK TUNNEL Kathmandu, June 11: Former Chairman of the Constituent Assembly (CA), Subas Nembang, has said that now the country has entered into a dark tunnel as the political parties were headed towards that direction, which were out of the imagination of the Constituent Assembly (CA), RSS reports.. Speaking at an interaction on Tuesday organised by former Dalit lawmakers of the dissolved CA, Nembang said that election environment has been created in the country. He mentioned that there was possibility of mishap in the country as happened before while going for CA election in the present situation. Similarly, Nepali Congress leader, Laxman Ghimire, argued that it was a misfortune for the country´s democracy in handing over the leadership of the country to the Chief Justice. General Secretary of the UCPN (Maoist), Posta Bahadur Bogati, said that there was now no alternative to going for election to institutionalize the democracy. Likewise, CPN-UML leader, Bhim Acharya, pointed out that all the political parties should give high priority to issues of Dalit community.
