SON STABBED BY MOTHER

Kathmandu, 4 July: A woman has stabbed her 15-year-old son this afternoon in Triyuga Municipality-3 of Udayapur district making him critically injured, RSS reports from Gaighat.

According to Chief of the District Police Office, Udayapur, Mahendra Kumar Pokhrel, Indra Maya Bhujel (38) stabbed her son Bikash on his back with a khukuri after he sought money from mother frequently.

The boy is receiving treatment at the Gaighat-based Suryodaya Hospital. Police have held Indra Maya for further investigations.
