OPPOSITION TO BE INVITED AGAIN FOR ELECTION TALKS

Kathmandu, 3 Aug.: The HLPM mechanism meeting Saturday decided to sent a third letter to opposition inviting it to join talks to conduct the 19November polls .

CPN Maoist and allied parties rejected two previous ivitations differing with contents that mention the word election.

CPN Maoist also said other parties in the opposition were not mentioned

in the invite.

ITALIAN ARRESTED WITH CONTRABAND HASH AT TIA

Kathmandu, 3 Aug.: Italian national Jianluigi Maran was arrested with3kg hash

concealed in his suitcase Saturday at TIA before boarding .
before boarding a Etihad Airways.

The carrier was taking off for Abu Dhabi.
