UPDATE CONSTITUENCY DELINEATING COMMISSION SUBMITS RECOMMENDATIONS
Kathmandu, 8 Aug.: A five-member Constituency Delimitation Commission (CDC)
 Thursday submitted a delayed its report to government chief Khil Rak
Regmi.
The 240-page report has suggestions for delineating 240 parliamentary constitution without changes.’
Redrawing constituencies after results of the last census is a sensitive
issue.
Controversial recommendations could have affected declared 19 November assembly elections.
Commission Chairman Tahir Ali Ansari handed over the report to Chairman of Interim Election Government, Regmi.
SHESH GHALE CANDIDATE FOR NRNA CHIEF
Kathmandu, 8 Aug.:  Shesh Ghale , a non-resident Nepali businessman
based in Australia, Thursday deckared hiss candidacy for the
chairmanship of Non Resident Nepali Association ( NRNA ).
Ghale, listed as one of the richest in Australia, isopening a hotel in Thamel opposite Narayanhiti.
General Secretary Tenji Shrepa, Hit Man Gurung and Ram Pratap Thapa
have already announced their candidacies.
