THIRD ROUND OF GOVT., OPPOSITION FRONT TALKS SUNDAY

Kathmandu, 18 Aug.; Government and the 33-party opposition alliance led by CPN Maoist will hold their third round of talks Sunday to find agreement on differences on the 19 November assembly elections opposed by the alliance.
Discussions will be based on issues raised at two rounds of inconclusive talks.
The opposition has presented 18 demands, including rescheduling of elections, a round table conference., dismissal of Khil Rak Regmi government, cancellation of an 11- point agreement establishing the government, and cancellation of 25 point used by the president to gift obstacles called illegal.

Kathmandu, 18 Aug. Gold gained Rs, 150 pr tola in the market Sunday.
It as trading for Rs.55, 750 per tola.

PRACHANDA BEYOND RULES AD REGULATIONS

Kathmandu, 18 Aug.: Maoist Chairman Prachanda drove to a parked plane on the TIA tarmac to catch a flight for Bhairhawa Friday.
No party leader gets such a facility, writes Chudamani Bhattarai in Annapurna Post.
DIG  Gopal Bhandari denied the privilege on his return flight.
