President new govt. be assembled by 9 May

Kathmandu, 5 May: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav Tuesday asked political to assemble a government through consensus by 9 May.
Twenty-three parties began discussions on CPN-UML initiative to form a government; Maoists boycotted the all-party meeting.
A scheduled meeting of parliament will be disrupted after a Maoist decision to obstruct proceedings.
