New schedule for drafting constitution by 6 September

Kathmandu, 16 July: Changing the schedule for the fifth time, a basic draft of a proposed constitution should be now be ready by 6 September.
The drafts should have been ready by Wednesday.
The deadline for completing the basic by mid-May 2010 hasn’t been changed.
Parties have been trading charges for not prioritizing the writing of the constitution.
