Two parties threat to quit government

Kathmandu, 5 Sept: Seven lawmakers of MJFL, the fourth largest party in parliament, Saturday demanded withdrawal of support to government and withdrawal from it.
The party has 28 members in the legislature.
The demand comes immediately after party leader and Deputy Prime Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachedhar said last week Maoists could be included in a changed government.
They demanded support of other Madesh parties for their move that weakens the position of the four-month government of Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal.

At the sametimet PM Nepal Saturday minimized possible threats to the government and said Maoists are spreading rumours of an imminent government collapse.
