VOTING FOR PM AT AROUND FOUR IN THE AFTERNOON UPDATE

Kathmandu, 28 Aug.: Voting in parliamentary election for prime minister will begin at around four in the afternoon.
Maoist Second Vice-chairman Dr. Baburam Bhattarai reiterated Sunday in parliament he was contesting for prime minister to complete the peace process and draft and promulgate a constitution.
Bhattarai said this while personally presenting his candidacy before the legislature.
NC Vice-President Ram Chandra Paudel presented his candidacy after Dr. Bhattarai.
Paudel also explained reasons for his candidacy.
Leaders of other parties are presenting their opinions before voting.
Bhattarai’s election is certain.
