SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATION REJECTS PETITION OF
GOVT. AND PARLIAMENT
Kathmandu, 27 Dec.: A supreme court administration didn’t register
a petition Tuesday of the Office of the Prime Minister and Parliament Secretariat to review a 25 November landmark verdict which the
6-month extension of the constituent assembly was the last.
The administrative decision of the court can be challenged through a writ.
The petition of the offices of the executive and legislature were registered Monday.
