WATER FLOW INCREASES IN SAPTAKOSHI Kathmandu, 12 July:: The Saptakoshi River has witnessed rising flow of water with incessant rain in the eastern part of the country, RSS reports from Biratnagar . The water current of the River at 8.00 am on Thursday was recorded 83,980 Cu.Sec it reached 130,000 Cu.Sec. at 3.00 PM, according to the East Region Police Post Biratnagar. Of 56, 27 spurs are now open and red light alert has been in place with the rise in water level.
