PROTESTS BEING ANNOUNCED SATURDAY BY OPPOSITION
Kathmandu, 10 Nov.: A 19-member opposition led by NC and UML is announcing details of anti-government and anti-Maoist protests later Saturday saying
there’s no alternative but to come out on the street to topple government is the absence of parliament.
Detailed protests already by parties are being announced this week are being announced Saturday.
Opposition made a failed bid to form a national government under NC leadership for the last five months demanding the resignation of the 13-month Baburam Bhattarai government
Maoist ruling the government are reluctant to handover government leadership to other parties when .elections are likely in April 2013 for a constitutional assembly.
Bhattahai has been arguing his government can be turned into a national government if opposition join.
Maoist Chairman has also been saying a government change is possible if there’s an agreement on a constitution—the responsibility of the assembly to draft after a failed four-year attempt.

RULING COALITION TO MEET SATURDAY
Kathmandu, 10 Nov.: The ruling coalition meets later Saturday/
UCPN Maoist, leading the government, and five Madeshbadi parties will discuss promulgating a budget for the remaining eight of the current fiscal year 2012/13.
Government is running out of money as only money for four months was released.
Opposition is opposed to the unilateral announcement of a budget without consensus.

Machindra FC in the final of the2nd Safal Pokhara Cup in Pokhara Saturday.
