UPDATE DEUBA RETURNS FROM INDIA Kathmandu, 14 June: Former Prime Minister and NC leader Sher Bahadur Deuba returned from New Delhi after concluding a five-day visit. Deuba said India desired a federal constitution. He said the welcome he received in India was for the nation and party and not for himself.
