PM Nepal returns

Kathmandu, 18 July: Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal returned home Saturday morning after leading the Nepali delegation to the 15th Nam summit tin Egypt.
The visit was his first foreign outing after becoming prime minister.

At least 157 dead of diarrhea in mid-West

Kathmandu, 18 July: At least 157 persons have died in an outbreak of diarrhea identified as deadly cholera in the mid-West in the last three months, mainly in Jajarkot in Rukum, health officials said.
In Jajarkot, 121 have died.
Demands have been made to declare the region emergency-affected.
Altogether 10,900 kg medicine have been a sent to fight the epidemic .
Army has been mobilized to contain the deadly epidemic that has his remote hill villages.
