Maoists claimed there was verbal agreement leading to the mid-night three-point agreement between Maoists, NC and UML to extend the CA tenure by one year until 28 May 2011.
NC and UML denied there was such an agreement.
Maoists Tuesday convened a meeting of 17 small parties asking them to create an environment for the premier’s resignation.
The small parties suggested the three-point agreement should be implemented as it is.
Some of the parties had held similar consultations earlier with ruling parties asking the Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal to resign only after a securing an agreement to implement a package deal.

Smaller parties which had before asked the Big Three to agree on extending the CA tenure are holding a meeting with three big parties to narrow down differences.
Meanwhile, UML leader Oli returning from New Delhi after a 48-hour visit Tuesday didn’t deny there was ‘a secret agreement’ with Maoists..
It wasn’t know whom the frequent visitor to New Delhi met in his latest visit.
Oli instead charged Maoists for ‘making loud noises’ and spilling the beans before five days if a secret agreement was there accusing Maoists of agreement violations and attempts to mar an environment for agreement.
