UML CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEET CONCLUDES WITH DECISION TO STRENGTHEN PARTY

UML THREE-MONTH CAMPAIGN TO STRENGTHEN PARTY
Kathmandu, 29 Nov.: An extended UML central committee concluded Monday after approving a three-month mass mobilization and revitalization programme.
The party is the third largest after UCPN (Maoist) and NC.
It now sits in the opposition bench with NC after leading two successive governments headed by Prime Ministers Madhav Kumar Nepal and iumbent Chairman Jhalanath Khanal.
Thee party didn’t appoint members of a proposed expanded organization department to strengthen the party.
