JUDDHA BAHADUR GURUNG REINSTATED
Kathmandu, 18 Jan. A single bench of the
supreme court Wednesday issued an interim to
Forest Minister Muhammad Wakil Musalman not to execute a decision to dismiss Juddha Bahadur Gurung as the member secretary of National Trust for Nature Conservation (NTNC).
The minister is chairman of NTNC
The minister Monday sacked Gurung charging
him for financial irregularities.
Musalmand earlier dismissed Gurung
who was reinstated by another apex court
decision 30 November 2011.
