FOREIGN MINISTRY RESTRUCTURING Kathmandu, 17 Aug.: Deputy Prime Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha has said that the government was planning to restructure the Foreign Ministry as it was emphasising on economic diplomacy, RSS reports.. Addressing a seminar organised here today on 'Institutionalisation of Nepal's foreign policy' by the Institute of Foreign Affairs, DPM Shrestha informed that the government policy was to find a solution through consensus in the present transitional period. Shrestha said the government will not shrug off from the prime responsibility of promulgating the new constitution by completing peace process. He said this government was formed with a target of promulgating new constitution by completing the peace process and that there will be no question of this government stepping down from the government unless the target is met. Foreign Secretary Durga Prasad Bhattarai and Institute's Executive Director Rhishiraj Adhikari informed about the efforts made for additional institutional development of foreign policy of Nepal. nnnn
