UPDATE HLPC MEET INCONCLUSIVE Kathmandu, 7 June: A meeting of the HLPC Of the Big Three and Madesh Morcha was inconclusive Friday to reach accord on election laws for constituent assembly elections. The body is meeting Chairman Khil Raj Regmi Saturday to ask him to draft laws within the confines of a 10 point agreement and another 25-point agreement to frame laws to conduct polls.
