Upendra Yadav returning Wednesday

Kathmandu, 6 May: Foreign Mnister Upendra Yadav and Chairman of MJF returns after cutting short a foreign trip to deal with a constitutional and political crisis after President Dr Ram Baran Ydav asked ArmyChief to remain in office even as he was dismissed by the Maoist government.
Yadav has been accused of staging a presidential coup against which the Maoists have come out in parliament and the street.
A one-man bench of the supreme court Tuesday asked the president to furnish a written reply within 10 days after a writ was filed challenging the the presidential decision as unconstitutional.

Guna Air starts operations

Kathmandu, 6 May: Guna Air started operations Tuesday linking the capital with two towns by Beechcraft 1900s.
Kathmandu has been linked with Biratnagar and Nepalgunj; the airline will also operate mountain flights.
