Kathmandu, 19 Nov.: China has objected in writing with Prime Minister
Baburam Bhattarai the appointment of Agriculture and Cooperatives Minister Om Prakash Yadav, Dipendra Karki reports in Rajdhani.
Yadav represents from NJFN (Republican) in government.
China accuses Yadav for links with Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai
Lama living in self-exile in India.
The letter says the appointment will adversely affect bilateral ties.

Kathmandu, 19 Nov.: Nepal’s foreign ministry has written to the Bhutan government to push the process of home return of refugees stalled for
eight years, Kantipur reports.
Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai raised the issue with his
Bhutani counterpart two weeks ago in Maldives.
A letter has been sent to start talks.
